① After the sponsoring institution or company in Brazil has received authorization from the Ministry of Labor of Brazil, and, subsequently, the complete visa application has been submitted to the Consulate.

② After the complete visa application has been submitted to the Consulate, and, subsequently, the Consulate has received authorization from the Ministry of External Relations of Brazil.

③ After the event promoter in Brazil has received authorization from the National Cinema Agency of Brazil (ANCINE), and, subsequently, the complete visa application has been submitted to the Consulate.
